Ferrari. The sound of the name alone stirs the blood for enthusiasts. For more blood stirring excitement, Ferrari reveals their new FXX K, based on the Ferrari LaFerrari that debuted last year to take Ono the McLaren P1 and the Porsche 918 Spyder. The K stands for Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS), which harvests the energy that would be lost during braking. Not that it needs more power, with 849 hp from the engine and 187 hp form the electric motor for a mouth watering 1035 hp total. Only available in limited numbers, the only thing faster than the car itself was how quickly all of those limited examples have been spoken for.
