Ferrari finally reveals its 458 Italia replacement, the Ferrari 488 GTB. Set to be revealed at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show in March, the 488 GTB takes the entry level Ferrari (if there is such a thing) to a new level. The 488 GTB marks a new era in Ferrari’s history as it ditches naturally aspirated V8s in favor of turbochargers for the first time. Purists will bemoan the demise of the high revving engines, but if we have learned anything from the past it is that Ferraris have seldom let us down, with the minor exception of the 348 from nearly 25 years ago. The 488 GTB also takes design to a new level, with an aggressively styled exterior which sports massive vents that seem to have been carved out with a knife. The interior is more of a carryover from the 458, but we can expect to see Ferrari apply materials and colors in ways that will keep the design fresh.
