Eleven Madison Park just announced its Eleven Madison Park Home Meal Kits. These Home Meal Kits bring Meatless Monday to an elevated level and makes the idea of a plant-based diet downright exciting. Eleven Madison Home is a weekly subscription, but because the food is perishable, subscribers get daily deliveries that include breakfast, lunch, a snack, soup, dinner, and of course, dessert. Reportedly, there is enough of almost everything for two people, and some items can take days to finish. Eleven Madison Park Home Meal Kits partners with the non-profit, Rethink, New York, to donate a plant-based meal for every box of Eleven Madison Home that sells.
Eleven Madison Park reopened in 2021, featuring an entirely plant-based menu. Owner, Chef Daniel Humm says he is committed to a plant-based future because it is a healthier way of eating and better for the planet. Plus, it is downright delicious. Weekly deliveries include breakfast items like overnight oats, fresh-baked pastries, and parfaits. Lunch features organic vegetable salads, and dinners provide seasonal pasta and whole roasted vegetables. While the Eleven Madison Park Home Meal Kit did not necessarily rival the restaurant at the corner of 24th and Madison, the snickerdoodle cookies were to die for.
