The Deus Ex Machina Atramental Two Five was revamped to withstand especially unforgiving climate and terrain. The company’s Bali-based design team completely revamped this late-stage Honda CRF250 to deal with the humidity and tropical weather. Hand-formed blacked-out sheet metal replaced the plastic of the original CRF250 frame. That’s not the only thing to go out with the old design. Deus added an entirely new subframe and seat. After being broken down to the core and rebuilt from scratch, the Atramental Two Five got its finishing touches with a matte black paint job with gold accents.
The hand-made custom motorcycle also features a high-intensity LED headlamp. This lets light cut through the dense fog that envelops its oceanic origin. Other elements of the bike made for those unique challenges include a larger radiator to be able to hold more coolant, allowing the engine to perform without overheating in the incessant humidity. Those tailormade alterations convey Deus’ ability to make a custom bike for any client’s unique needs.
