The Portland, Oregon-based boot brand Danner has dedicated its research and development to manufacturing hard-wearing, rugged boots for men and women who live for adventure. Since 1932, its ethos and dedication to bootmaking have seen it establish a rich heritage and tradition, demonstrating high craftsmanship and excellence.
The new Danner Crag Rat EVO boots have been designed for extreme weather conditions and built for expeditions into high alpine landscapes, from snowy plains to challenging gorges. With GORE-TEX liners included to maximize dryness and a Perspair® thread for breathability, they can handle the worst the elements can produce.
The Danner Crag Rat EVO boots include PrimaLoft® Aerogel Toe Caps for additional insulation and protection and a Vibram® Mulaz outsole for optimal ice, rocks, and snow traction. This combination of cutting-edge technology and modern materials makes them exceptionally lightweight, durable, and fully insulated.
Since the Danner Crag Rat EVO boots are designed first and foremost for alpine expeditions, they’re also compatible with crampons for when the going gets tough. They also include a removable OrthoLite footbed with three layers of varying density, enhancing their flexibility and options for cushioning and support. Likewise, the TPU mudguard delivers durability with minimal weight for the wearer.
Available in a range of sizes and widths, the new Danner Crag Rat EVO boots come in a stylish combination of black and light gray with slick yellow highlights, finished off with the American flag.
