The Bugatti Brouillard marks the audacious debut of the brand’s ultra-exclusive Solitaire division—a new bespoke program more elite than Bugatti’s existing Sur Mesure. Named after Ettore Bugatti’s favorite horse, the Brouillard (French for “fog”) is a one-of-one hypercar powered by the brand’s legendary 8.0-liter W-16 engine, producing a staggering 1578 horsepower via four turbochargers. It’s a symphony of performance and craftsmanship that only two clients a year will ever experience.

Structurally, the Brouillard is built on a carbon fiber and aluminum blend chassis, with an uninterrupted central spine running through the interior and exterior, reminiscent of the Chiron’s DNA. The design echoes familiar Bugatti elements: a signature horseshoe grille, C-shaped body lines inspired by Ettore’s initials, and taillights featuring a futuristic holographic display. Its aerodynamic carbon-fiber skin is sculpted for both speed and sensuality—Bugatti likens the finish to a muscular, race-trained stallion.

Inside, the equine homage continues. Embroidered horse silhouettes with tartan patterns adorn the door panels and seats. At the same time, the green-tinted carbon fiber, custom Parisian fabrics, and a glass-capped aluminum shift knob exude craftsmanship and opulence. At the center of it all? A miniature sculpture of Brouillard the horse, encased in the shifter.
Set to debut at Monterey Car Week, the Bugatti Brouillard is more than a car—it’s a rolling sculpture, a tribute to passion and heritage. No official price has been disclosed, but expect an astronomical figure for this rarefied blend of art and engineering.
