Buck Knives has unveiled its new Range Series,  a modern collection of folding knives that blend the brand’s legendary craftsmanship with advanced materials and a first-of-its-kind crossbar lock. Designed for both everyday carry and rugged outdoor use, the series includes two models—the Range Elite and Range Pro—each offered in full-size (3.38-inch blade) and mini (2.63-inch blade) versions.

The Range Elite stands out with a CPM-MagnaCut blade, a premium steel known for its edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. Heat-treated by Buck’s renowned Paul Bos process, it’s engineered for peak performance. The Range Pro, meanwhile, delivers reliable functionality with 154CM steel, striking a balance between durability and affordability.

For ergonomics, the Elite models feature lightweight aluminum handles available in sleek finishes, including black, gray, and green. In contrast, the Pro models opt for glass-filled nylon handles that are both comfortable and cost-effective. Both Buck knives feature removable thumb studs, jimping for enhanced grip, and reversible deep-carry pocket clips for versatile carry options.

The real innovation lies in Buck’s introduction of the crossbar lock—a secure, ambidextrous system that ensures smooth deployment and steadfast reliability for both left- and right-handed users. Combined with Buck’s thoughtful design and modern materials, the Range Series sets a new benchmark for 2025 EDC gear.

With options catering to both enthusiasts and budget-conscious buyers, the Buck Range Series offers a compelling balance of tradition and innovation, making it a standout choice for anyone looking to elevate their knife game.
