Bell & Ross is back in the dive watch game with five revamped models in the BR 03 Diver series, featuring new case materials, upgraded movements, and refined designs. Originally introduced in 2017, the BR03-92 Diver brought Bell & Ross’s signature “circle in a square” design to the depths, and these 2024 models build on that legacy with modern updates.
The new collection retains the classic 42mm x 42mm case size with a thickness of 12mm, available in either satin/polished stainless steel or sleek black ceramic. The steel models come with black, blue, and white dial options, each paired with a coordinating ceramic bezel insert. Meanwhile, the ceramic models offer a choice between matte black and an eye-catching pale blue Super-LumiNova dial that maximizes legibility in low-light conditions.
Key design improvements include larger applied indices, redesigned arrow hour and minute hands, and a circular date window positioned between 4 and 5 o’clock. The unidirectional rotating bezel, essential for divers, features a detailed 15-minute scale, ensuring precise timekeeping underwater. The robust screw-down crown, fully guarded and color-matched to the bezel, enhances the watch’s durability.
Each model is powered by the Caliber BR-CAL.302-1 automatic movement, based on the reliable Sellita SW300-1. This movement boasts 25 jewels, a 4Hz beat rate, and an extended power reserve of 54 hours, ensuring dependable performance.
Completing the look are black textured rubber or ultra-resistant synthetic canvas straps, with the blue steel model featuring a matching blue strap. All the Bell & Ross models are water-resistant to 300 meters, meeting the ISO 6425 standard for dive watches, and are protected by AR sapphire crystals and solid casebacks.
