Autodromo has created a handsome watch that recalls some of the most romanticized designs in motorsport history. The period between 1982 and 1986 was known for the use of exotic materials and turbo-boosted engines, which pushed the bounds of motorsport. Today, motorsport enthusiasts and watch collectors can enjoy the Autodromo Group B Series Automatic Aqua watch, which harkens back to the 80s Group B rally cars with its eye-catching design and innovative materials. Starting with a bi-metallic case constructed with titanium and stainless steel, the Automatic Aqua watch is packed full of features and stylistic nods to this infamous period in motorsport.
Featuring a Miyota 9015 automatic movement, the watch is housed with a 39mm titanium capsule. Further, the Autodromo Group B Series 2 Automatic Aqua features a beautiful aqua-colored face, offset by strong, crisp dial markings in a striking orange. The watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters, has a sapphire crystal case that is scratch-resistant, and comes with a handmade aluminum collectors box. The wristband is made of stainless steel with a plated gray finish and can be switched out for a leather or fabric band.
