One of the biggest complaints Apple has received in recent years has been in relation to the butterfly keyboard on its current lineup of laptops. In an effort to create a thinner computer, Apple relied on that keyboard, which uses especially thin, low profile keys. For many users though, the keys proved difficult to use, would not always pick up keystrokes, and were more susceptible to failure. With Apple’s recent announcement of the all-new Apple 16-inch MacBook Pro, that issue appears to be resolved.

The new laptop replaces the butterfly keyboard, turning to a keyboard that offers thicker keys, no longer relying on a thin design. It’s also increased the size of the MacBook Pro, moving from a 15-inch design to 16-inches. Apple’s Retina display uses 8 TB of SSD storage, comes packed with an AMD Radeon Pro 5000M graphics card, and offers up to an 8-core processor capable of handling any workload.
