A. Lange & Söhne doesn’t release watches—it releases milestones. The new LANGE 1 DAYMATIC Honeygold is precisely that: a 250-piece masterwork celebrating both the brand’s past and its continued pursuit of uncompromising German watchmaking. This is the first automatic LANGE 1 rendered in the maison’s proprietary Honeygold, an alloy prized for its chameleon-like color that shifts between pale white gold and soft rose gold depending on the light. Paired with a dark chocolate-brown solid-silver dial, the combination radiates warmth, sophistication, and a distinct quiet authority. It’s unmistakably Lange.

At 39.5mm, the Honeygold case balances classic proportions with contemporary presence. Inside, the layout inverts the familiar manual-winding Lange 1 dial architecture—running seconds, outsize date, and an elegant retrograde day display all mirror their traditional positions, creating an instantly recognizable but refreshed identity.

Turn the watch over, and the artistry escalates. The automatic caliber L021.1 is a visual symphony of hand-finishing, featuring a 21K gold rotor with platinum mass, seven gold chatons, blued screws, and a hand-engraved balance cock. The movement’s construction—426 components adjusted in five positions—reminds you that Lange doesn’t cut corners; it sculpts them.
Limited to just 250 pieces, the LANGE 1 DAYMATIC Honeygold isn’t just another Lange—it’s the definitive statement of what modern haute horlogerie should look like.
