The 2020 McLaren 620R is the street-legal version of the track -worthy 570S GT4. It’s the latest entry in the automaker’s Sports Series. The V8 engine is twin-turbocharged and mated to a seven-speed Seamless Shift Gearbox which pumps out 612 hp. It also boasts 457 lb-ft of torque, a top speed of 200 mph, and can go 0 to 60 in just 2.9 seconds.
Advanced engineering makes this McLaren edition extremely lightweight, which only adds to its agility. The aerodynamic carbon fiber chassis includes adjustable elements which are complemented by a racing-inspired braking system and suspension components. A carbon-fiber rear wing can be raised 12.5 inches above the car so drag is minimized while downforce is increased. The wing set comes in 3 different angle options that can be selected by each retailer.
Inside, the 2020 McLaren 620R cockpit is stripped out to emulate the interior of a true track car. It includes the McLaren Track Telemetry system as well as carbon fiber racing seats outfitted with six-point harnesses that strap you in for an unforgettable ride.
