ZENITH and contemporary artist Felipe Pantone have once again merged the worlds of avant-garde art and haute horlogerie with the release of the DEFY Skyline Tourbillon Felipe Pantone, their third collaborative project. Limited to just 100 pieces, this striking timepiece combines the precision of ZENITH’s watchmaking with Pantone’s signature vibrant, geometric aesthetic.

The 41mm octagonal stainless-steel case features a distinctive design with alternating satin-brushed and polished finishes. It is paired with an interchangeable steel bracelet and black rubber strap, ensuring both versatility and comfort. Highlighted by a dodecagonal bezel engraved with “FPT1” on each corner, the watch is a bold statement piece.

The centerpiece of the Zenith DEFY Skyline Tourbillon is the kinetic tourbillon mechanism at 6 o’clock, designed in the shape of a lightning bolt and finished with a gradient of metallic rainbow tones. The iridescent sapphire dial further enhances this visual spectacle, which showcases a micro-engraved pattern of concentric circles reminiscent of Pantone’s moiré effects. The mirrored back and vignette effect add depth, making the dial a vibrant display of color and light akin to a CD.

Powered by the El Primero 3630 high-frequency automatic movement, the DEFY Skyline Tourbillon boasts a 60-hour power reserve and features Pantone’s chromatic signature on the star-shaped oscillating weight. Each watch comes in a customized box adorned with Pantone’s iridescent designs, making this limited-edition release a timepiece and an actual work of art. The watch will be available from ZENITH online and physical boutiques, as well as with select retailers, worldwide from September 12 at 14:00 CEST.
