ZENITH is diving deep into its archives—and the ocean—with two bold new timepieces that blend vintage soul with modern muscle. Meet the DEFY Extreme Diver Shadow and the DEFY Revival Diver Shadow, both reimagined in stealthy, micro-blasted titanium and built to handle the abyss with unapologetic style.

The DEFY Extreme Diver Shadow, priced at $12,300, is a no-compromise 42.5mm dive beast, packing a unidirectional black ceramic bezel, a helium escape valve, and an insane 600-meter water resistance. Inside, it features the El Primero 3620 automatic movement, beating at 36,000 vibrations per hour with a 60-hour power reserve and a silicon paramagnetic escapement—all of which are visible through a rare exhibition case back for a watch of this depth. It comes with a titanium bracelet and two interchangeable straps, including one made from recycled fishing nets. Because why not look sharp and save the planet?
On the more heritage-driven side, the 37mm DEFY Revival Diver Shadow, priced at $8,200, resurrects the original 1969 DEFY A3648 in dark, angular titanium glory. It features the classic fourteen-sided bezel and a yellow sapphire insert, and is powered by the Elite 670 movement—equally water-resistant and equally badass. The vintage “ladder” bracelet, also in titanium, seals the deal.
Both models bring high-visibility yellow accents, lumed markers, and enough horological swagger to satisfy any deep-sea gearhead or desk diver alike. With these Shadow editions, ZENITH proves once again that some legends don’t fade—they evolve.
