For a truly unique overarching flavor profile, the distillation process is finished in a pulque curado de cacao barrel for earthy complexity.
Additional notes found in Whistle Pig’s The Boss Hog include caramel and orange zest, with a bright citrus on the palate that paves the way for a savory cacao and chili pepper finish. The result is a beautifully complex yet distinctive experience from the nose through to the herbaceous finish.
