Falkens fly at high velocity, and when they dive in pursuit of its prey, other birds don’t stand much of a chance. Inspired by the Swedish bird of prey bearing the same name, TRIWA unveils its Falken collection which features a sleek and streamlined design accentuated by the Falkeye, a mini-dial that is placed between the hands and the 6th index. Also taking cues from Sweden’s landscape, Falken comes in a variety of earthy tones – woodsy dark browns and slate greys are supposed to reflect the country’s rugged coastline. The three dial colorways are Walter Falken, Rose Falken and Ivory Falken while strap options include Black Classic, Brown Classic and Tan Classic.

It’s a bit of a stretch to say that the timepiece resembles a bird or some landscape, but putting all that aside, if you’re in need of a classic watch with an affordable price tag, the TRIWA Falken can’t go too wrong.
