When a perfume is in a square and rigid container that seems to have come straight from the 70’s and has the word “Extreme” in it, you’d think it would smell very strong and masculine. But it’s not. Tom Ford Noir Extreme actually happens to be very warm and delicate. The complex composition starts off with a blend of fresh citruses and warm spicy notes, leading its way to a floral heart that’s a mixture of Indian kulfi dessert, rose absolute, jasmine and orange blossom. Hot amber in the base is subtly balanced with woody accords of sandalwood and milky vanilla. Overall, Noir Extreme has a unisex fragrance that’s fruity and floral so you’ll know where to find it when it goes missing – on top of your partner’s dressing table.
