LEGO has just announced a new addition to its Technic line of building sets. The Land Rover Classic Defender 90 set is a 2,336-piece kit that is a faithful interpretation of the original 1983 model, complete with functioning steering, working suspension, and accurate interior details. LEGO offers two ways to customize this set – you can build your choice of a streamlined Land Rover Estate or add accessories and gear for an epic off-road adventure. The set includes a working four-speed gearbox, an independent suspension, and a winch. It also features a detailed interior and exterior design that captures the essence of the classic Defender.
In addition to the working four-speed gearbox, which allows builders to explore the mechanics behind the vehicle and experience the thrill of shifting gears, the realism of the independent suspension allows the wheels to move independently of each other, giving the model a smooth and stable ride over rough terrain. The Land Rover’s suspension is also adjustable, allowing builders to fine-tune the model’s performance.
In addition to the mechanical features, the LEGO Land Rover Classic Defender 90 set also comes with a winch. This accessory is perfect for those who want to add some extra functionality to their model. The winch is designed to work smoothly and can be used to haul small objects or pull the vehicle out of tough spots.
The set also includes a detailed interior, complete with seats, a dashboard, a steering wheel, and more.
