The legendary Swiss timepiece manufacturer TAG Heuer has a long history of making wristwatches that reflect the sleek lines, refined tech, and advanced design touches of high-performance automobiles and airplanes. The company describes its new Autavia Chronometer Flyback as “revamped for the modern adventurer” and “ready for your next personal quest.” With a fully blacked-out color scheme, this watch adds a modern yet timeless feel to TAG Heuer’s heritage-inspired Autavia line. The Tag Heuer Autavia Chronometer Flyback features a black dial with luminescent white and green hands, numbers, and indices. It is surrounded by a black, 42mm case of fine polished and brushed DLC steel that reflects the Autavia line’s classic aesthetic traditions. This refined timepiece comes complete with a black alligator leather band with a black fine-brushed steel pin buckle as well as an exclusive TAG Heuer travel pouch.
The Tag Heuer Autavia Chronometer features the brand’s in-house automatic Heuer 02 flyback chronograph caliber, which beats at 4Hz, has a column wheel, an 80-hour power reserve, is COSC-certified, and most notably, has a new flyback chronograph function that allows you to start and restart the chronograph without resetting it. Thanks to its screw-in steel crown, this timepiece is water-resistant to a depth of 100 meters.
