Swatch and Omega are back with another cosmic collectible, and this time the collaboration takes an orbit around home. Introducing the Mission to Earthphase – Moonshine Gold “Beaver Moon Edition”, the latest entry in the wildly popular MoonSwatch universe and arguably its most playful yet. Priced at $450, this special-edition chronograph blends Omega’s iconic Speedmaster DNA with Swatch’s Bioceramic ingenuity and a dose of Snoopy-approved whimsy.
The watch arrives in navy Bioceramic, paired with a matching navy rubber strap and VELCRO® closure—a nod to astronaut-ready function. Its white opaline dial is illuminated by Grade A Super-LumiNova indices, while the signature MoonSwatch triple-branding remains proudly intact.
What makes this release uniquely stellar is its dual-phase complication system. At 10 o’clock, the Earthphase indicator reveals our home planet, complete with oceans that glow blue under UV light. Beneath it sits Snoopy and Woodstock perched on the Moon, marveling at Earth—an Easter egg that reveals a hidden phrase only under UV illumination. Meanwhile, the 2 o’clock subdial features a moonphase display with two Moonshine™ Gold moons—one traditional, one humorously “beaver-bitten.”
As with every MoonSwatch, the tactile Bioceramic case, recessed subdials, and signature box-shaped crystal return. At 42mm and 13.75mm thick, and with 3-bar water resistance, it wears like its heritage counterpart while leaning into fun, lunar-fantasy worldbuilding.
