One of the oldest and most useful tools to this day, a quality knife can be a valuable investment that can make life a bit easier. Based on a custom design by knife maker Peter Carey, the Spyderco Rubicon is one of the most refined production knives ever made.
The collaborative effort captures all the qualities of Carey’s meticulously crafted folders, but also adds a bit of Spyderco flair. The Spyderco Rubicon’s blade is precision machined from premium CPM S30V powdered metallurgy stainless steel and features a swift and smooth opening blade, thanks to special ball-bearing washers around the pivot. The blade also has Spyderco’s Trademark Round Hole for easy one-handed operation. Its handle is built on a framework of skeletonized full titanium liners and covered with carbon fiber that’s been polished to a high finish that release the beautiful matrix of the material. To finish it off, the orange G-10 inlays and matching G-10 spacer in the handle offers a modern touch to the knife.
