This special edition of the Shinola Field Watch is aptly restyled with a military aesthetic, as evidenced by its square weave, field green nylon strap, reminiscent of soldiers’ fatigues.
Although the Shinola Runwell Field Watch is designed to withstand grueling conditions, its elegant design can easily make the transition to a dinner party with friends. The 41mm case is made from sandblasted carbide coated 316L stainless steel that has a 6X hardness value, embodying the grit of the soldiers who were armed with similar field watches. A Swiss-made Argonite 703 quartz movement powers the Runwell Field Watch. Its minimalist black dial is finished with Super-LumiNova coated hands and Arabic numerals so it’s easy to read day or night.
