Samsung’s The Frame TV was among the brand’s most popular products. It blended the classic aesthetic of a picture frame with vibrant color reproduction and ultra-thin construction. Its successor is due to hit the television market in 2025, with Samsung’s The Frame Pro TV offering a significant upgrade for movie and game lovers looking for a new display.

The most notable upgrade in Samsung’s The Frame Pro TV is the all-new panel tech incorporating the manufacturer’s new Neo QLED technology. This results in a vast improvement in visuals, with the smaller LED particles capable of reproducing accurate and balanced imagery through their denser light output. This technology allows for far more excellent brightness and contrast with greater source control for improved precision.

Samsung’s Frame Pro TV was demonstrated at CES. Its display is capable of impressive clarity, with bright, highly saturated colors that pop off the screen. This improvement is complemented by full compatibility with Samsung’s Wireless One Connect box, which provides complete wireless connectivity to game consoles and 4K Blu-ray players.

Connect the console or player to the Wireless One Connect box via the HDMI port, and the signal is instantly beamed to Samsung’s The Frame Pro TV without unseemly cables hanging from the display. Thanks to the increased maximum frame refresh rate, from 120Hz to 144Hz, its applicability for high-end gaming is considerably stronger than its predecessor.
