Salehe Bembury and Crocs are back with the highly anticipated second drop of the Pollex Juniper sneaker, this time in a minimalist “Tahini” colorway. Set to release on September 5th, this iteration of the Juniper model features a sleek all-white mesh and neoprene upper, complemented by a gum sole that gives the sneaker its distinctive name. The design has green branding elements, including a hangtag inspired by Crocs’ iconic hanger and a matching insole.
Following the success of his Pollex line, which marked the first time an outside designer created original molds for Crocs, Bembury continues to push the boundaries of footwear design. The Juniper “Tahini” maintains the signature fingerprint-shaped sole that has become a hallmark of Bembury’s Crocs collaborations, blending functionality with his unique aesthetic vision.
Bembury tapped German-Japanese climber Emi Matsushima for the wear test campaign, highlighting the sneaker’s versatility and appeal to outdoor enthusiasts and streetwear aficionados alike. Priced at $140, the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Juniper “Tahini” is expected to be available through Crocs’ website, Bembury’s Be a Spunge site, and select third-party retailers. As Bembury continues to expand his design influence across the sneaker world, this release is another must-have for fans of his innovative approach to footwear.
