Pro-Ject is best known for its broad range of turntables, from budget-friendly models to visually distinct collaborations with brands like Fender, a guitar manufacturer. They’ve taken a departure with their latest release, the quirky Pro-Ject Travel Set, designed for listening to music on the go.

Providing a compact yet high-quality solution for listening to music away from the home, the Pro-Ject Travel Set is a sleek but perfectly formed portable Hi-Fi system. An all-in-one solution that combines an amplifier and a pair of speakers, it’s housed in a rugged flight case to protect everything in transit.
The Travel Set comprises the brand’s smallest passive bookshelf speakers, the Speaker Box 3 E Carbon ($399), and its compact, Bluetooth-enabled amplifier, the Stereo Box S3 BT ($499). The necessary cables and damping feet are included, too.
The ultra-compact integrated amplifier packs plenty of punch, delivering analog volume control via a motorized potentiometer for precise control. Powering a subwoofer and second-zone amp through a variable output, it presents resonant bass lines through a 2-way bass reflex system and a fiberglass carbon composite woofer.
Thanks to its flat frequency response, designed to please true audiophiles, the Pro-Ject Travel Set ensures a fully realized sound stage across all music genres. Also included in the package are magnetic speaker grills to protect the speakers from dust and other elements, as well as high-quality copper speaker cables designed to maximize audio quality.
Additional finishing touches for the Pro-Ject Travel Set include six Damp It feet to elevate the system off the ground and a modern remote control for ease of use. It’s an impressive all-in-one sound system for weekends away or business trips that doesn’t compromise on sound or build quality.
