Sony has introduced its PlayStation PULSE Elevate Wireless Speakers, unveiled during its recent State of Play showcase. These are the company’s first-ever wireless speakers designed specifically for the PS5 but engineered to work seamlessly across PC and Mac as well. Built for immersive soundscapes, the Pulse Elevate delivers lifelike audio through studio-inspired magnetic drivers. At the same time, Tempest 3D AudioTech brings pinpoint accuracy to directional sound in compatible PS5 games.

Beyond sound, Sony has prioritized communication. Each unit features a built-in microphone with AI-enhanced noise rejection, which filters out background interference, allowing gamers to enjoy crystal-clear, headset-free chat. Positioned in the right speaker, the mic is designed for desktop use and represents a notable shift from the traditional headset setup.
Connectivity is handled via PlayStation Link, Sony’s proprietary low-latency wireless tech, ensuring audio keeps pace with fast-moving visuals. The included USB-C adapter supports ultra-fast transmission, while Bluetooth compatibility offers broader device pairing options. Designed with convenience in mind, the Pulse Elevate features built-in volume controls, an included charging stand, and a flexible orientation that allows for either portrait or landscape setups.
Arriving in 2026, the Pulse Elevate will be available in midnight black and white finishes. With its combination of high-end sound, integrated communication, and future-proof design, Sony’s first wireless speaker system for PlayStation marks a new and exciting chapter in gaming audio.
