When the South Korean fashion design company POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) emerged at Paris Fashion Week in 2023, it was praised for its bold fusion of high-performance clothing and cutting-edge streetwear.
The new On × POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) Current Form 1.0 collection combines breathability and bombastic style to create a selection of clothes and footwear that encapsulates the current avant-garde trends in clothing. The three-part collection includes the X Breaker Jacket, Flow Running Pants, and PAF’s interpretation of the Cloudmonster 2 by On. Each piece reflects PAF founder Dongjoon Lim’s bold and invigorating design ethos.
The jacket incorporates a two-toned approach to color and captures PAF’s preoccupation with artificial intelligence through intricate patterns and lines. The lightweight fabrics, used to enhance ventilation and lend the collection a pragmatic functionality, are carried through to the performance-oriented Flow Running Pants.
For the Cloudmonster 2 sneakers, PAF and On have opted for an off-white and black color combination, with the breezy build of the jacket and pants reflected in the breathable mesh. Tied through an asymmetrical lacing system and with the largest CloudTec sole manufactured by On, they’re also perfectly cushioned for optimal energy return.
A striking follow-up to PAF’s promising debut, the On × POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) Current Form 1.0 collection looks set to create a storm this May.
