Moto-Mucci Husqvarna 570

The Moto-Mucci Husqvarna 570 is a dual-sport bike designed to blaze fire trails and hit the pavement with a style all its own.

Dave Mucci has made a name for himself as a motorcycle designer focused on creating sleek, minimalist and no-frills bikes that maximize performance. His latest creation, the Moto-Mucci Husqvarna 570 is perhaps his finest creation yet.

In fact, the bike is about as minimalist as it gets while still remaining legal for the streets, according to Mucci himself. How minimalist are we talking? Think one cylinder with no starter, a battery and a key, followed by either a steering lock or a center stand. This is just for starters, however.

The bike is also stripped down by substituting aluminum for steel in every major component, and the Husqvarna even saves weight by removing the crank’s counterbalance.

The end result of this minimalist design is a six-speed transmission trail bike that has a stunning 55hp in a sleek 260 pound form factor. To top it off, the bike has a water cooled motor that begs to blaze fire trails or taken out onto the pavement.

The top-end performance of this dual-sport is evident in the small details, such as lowering the bike and fitting 17″ hoops at each end, giving the bike much-needed versatility for performance both on and off-road. This level of attention to detail even extends to the bike’s appearance, as Mucci wanted the bike to stand out with an eye-catching purple Husqvarna CR360 tank that makes for a one of a kind statement.

Add all the ingredients together, and it is clear that Mucci’s design savvy has cooked up one of the more unique dual-sport bikes to hit the market in years.
