MM6 Maison Margiela and Timex are back with another boundary-pushing collaboration—this time reengineering the iconic Timex T80 for Fall/Winter 2025. The partnership builds on the success of their first release, once again blending Margiela’s avant-garde design language with the T80’s digital-watch nostalgia. The result is a collection that’s equal parts retro, radical, and unmistakably modern.
This year’s lineup introduces two standout pieces: the Timex T80 Gift Set rendered in a striking gold-tone finish that feels intentionally loud yet refined. True to Maison Margiela’s design ethos, the familiar becomes subversive, transforming a classic digital watch into a wearable commentary on function, form, and identity.
The T80 Gift Set features a 34mm polished stainless-steel case paired with a brushed and polished gold-tone bracelet. Its mirrored mask—hidden beneath a mineral lens—reveals digits 0 to 23, with the number “6” subtly encircled as a nod to MM6’s numerical signature. Despite its fashion-forward aesthetic, the watch retains full T80 functionality: chronograph, daily alarm, and Timex’s beloved INDIGLO backlight.
