Crafted entirely from pure grade 2 titanium, including the case, dial, and buckle, this 35-gram marvel proves minimal mass doesn’t mean minimal impact. Limited to just 250 pieces, this $4,280 timepiece is a nod to architectural design, taking inspiration from how light dances off industrial metal surfaces like buttresses, claddings, and struts. The directionally brushed titanium creates a shimmering, ever-shifting surface that gives the Ghost its ethereal presence on the wrist.
This isn’t MING’s first foray into high-performance watchmaking, but the 37.02 Ghost’s unexpected water resistance—tested to 260m, despite being labeled 100m as a tongue-in-cheek jab at their overengineering—cements it as a serious contender in both aesthetics and functionality.
The 38mm case houses a Sellita SW300 movement with custom anthracite skeletonized bridges, visible through a sapphire display back. Inside, the concave titanium dial channels MING’s signature inversion design, without sapphire, relying instead on masterful brushing to bend and reflect light.
Its deep blue Super-LumiNova X1 pops after dark, and the grey goat leather strap with a titanium tuck buckle ties the whole thing together in sleek understatement.
