Marantz is redefining luxury audio by introducing its Model 10 Reference Integrated Amplifier, a powerhouse priced at $15,000. This release marks the first new reference-quality line from Marantz in eight years, and it’s designed to capture the brand’s heritage while embracing the digital future of hi-fi.
Drawing inspiration from iconic Marantz amplifiers of the past, the Model 10 features a sleek, vintage design with modern touches like a switchable OLED screen and a robust, anti-resonant aluminum chassis. Available in Champagne or Black, each with distinct accents, the Model 10 doesn’t just look the part—it’s engineered for peak performance.
Under the hood, Marantz’s dual-mono symmetrical amplifier topology minimizes distortion, while its triple-layer chassis isolates high- and low-power circuits to reduce interference. Each amplifier module, developed in partnership with Purifi, boasts its own power supply. The Model 10’s newly designed preamp integrates Marantz’s latest HDAM analog circuit, ensuring the sound is quintessentially Marantz.
With a staggering 250 watts into 8 ohms and 500 watts into 4 ohms, the Model 10 is not just about refinement but raw power. Its back panel offers extensive connectivity options, including balanced XLR, RCA analog, and phono inputs, making it as versatile as it is powerful.
