Inspired to create a smaller and lighter alternative to its Classic trailer model, the high-end camper trailer company Timberleaf drew inspiration from the Pika — a miniature rabbit that has evolved to expertly navigate the rough and rocky terrain of Asia’s most mountainous regions.
The Timberleaf Pika Teardrop Trailer is as nimble and as tough as its leporine namesake. Its sleek and streamlined design is 36-percent smaller than the Timberleaf Classic, but offers many of the same amenities including ample cabinet and pullout drawer space as well as kitchen features such as a versatile cooktop and a cold water sink.
Of course, it also offers a roomy sleeping cabin that is fully insulated, exceptionally comfortable, and lit from above by a massive clear anodized aluminum skylight. Although this compact trailer is light enough to hitch to most cars, it is big enough inside to accommodate an included Colorado Queen-size mattress.
