Australian accessories maker Knog has unveiled the next generation of its Blinder front lights, focusing on durability, performance and style. Each model in the revamped range—available in 400, 700, 1,000 and 1,400 lumen outputs—features a CNC‑machined aluminium body that dissipates heat and delivers a premium feel. A silicone strap with an integrated latch fits a variety of handlebar diameters, and the compact form keeps weight low.

Cyclists can toggle between six lighting modes, including steady, flash and a new ‘Hype’ mode that boosts brightness by about 100 extra lumens for a short burst when navigating dark tunnels or sketchy intersections. Claimed runtimes reach up to 120 hours on Eco mode, and all models are rated IP67 for dust and water resistance. Rechargeable lithium‑ion batteries top up via USB‑C in a few hours.

The new Blinders maintain a clean aesthetic thanks to their all-metal construction and minimal branding. Riders who care about safety will appreciate the wide beam pattern that illuminates peripheral hazards, while design‑minded commuters can choose from several anodised finishes. Knog also offers twin-pack bundles that pair front and rear lights for complete visibility.

By combining performance features with industrial design, the next‑gen Blinders cater to cyclists who commute year‑round and demand equipment that looks as good as it performs. By marrying industrial design with user-friendly functionality, Knog makes a compelling case for upgrading from plastic clip-on lights to a more durable solution.

Cyclists will appreciate the longevity and ease of use, especially during multi-day rides. By using durable aluminum in lieu of disposable plastics, the company embraces sustainability while delivering premium aesthetics to riders who value both form and function.
