The Kings County 7-Year Single Barrel Bourbon is every bit as rare as it is delicious. Distilled in July of 2013, it’s literally 107 proof — making it possibly the oldest age-statement bourbon distilled outside of traditional bourbon country and the oldest age-stated pot-distilled bourbon. Oh, and did we mention that it’s just the first in a series of age-stated, older single-barrel releases? Meaning that there’s plenty more where this came from.

With regard to flavor, the Kings County 7-Year Single Barrel Bourbon is very barrel forward as one might expect, bringing a lot of dry spice and notes of powdered cinnamon to the table in a delicious combination you need to try to believe. Also present are clove, toffee, peanut brittle and even tootsie roll – all of which go a long way towards making this one of the most “traditionally flavored” bourbons from the renowned team at Kings County.
