Have you ever thought about how you would “roll up” to an 80s party? No? Pity. If you had thought about it, then your answer would immediately be this lime green bike. This loud (and we’re not just talking about color) motorcycle features a monochromatic, minimalist design that has made Axel Budde famous across Europe.
The Kaffeemaschine 1984 Le Mans KM23 Motorcycle has been torn down from an ’84 Le Mans Mark III. Once the bike was little more than bolts, the motor was bored to 1000cc. Brembo brakes were added to give that “stop on a dime” quality for serious riders. A Kevlar aramid fiber was used on the bodywork, while a Lamborghini lime green completed the bold paint job. Bringing a level of modernity to a classic ride whose best years are still ahead, the Kaffeemaschine 1984 Le Mans KM23 is a true work of art.
