The Hells Canyon is the successor to James Brand’s first fixed-blade knife, the Hell Gap. It features crucible s35vn stainless steel, a blade length of 5.4 inches, an overall length of 10 inches, and a choice of either a jet black or primer gray G10 handle. Additionally, the Portland-designed fixed-blade is also sold with a custom Kydex sheath and a paracord lanyard.

The James Brand called on Top Chef Masters-winner, Chris Cosentino, to help design the Hells Canyon, resulting in the versatile and highly-durable G-10-handled item. The goal was to develop a kitchen knife “that is fully capable in all conditions and environments.” That being said, the Hells Canyon can easily transition from your home kitchen to hunting camp with ease. For those that value high-quality cutlery, the Hells Canyon is more than worthy of consideration.
