Iconic watch manufacturer IWC has introduced a new watch that represents a first of its kind for the brand, incorporating a ceramic case in a light blue color. A stylish addition to their range, the IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar is available in just 1000 pieces.

Developed in collaboration with Pantone, the IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar incorporates this light blue through various elements, including the rubber strap, dial, and 41.9mm case. Inspired by the US Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, this color evokes the imagery of the classic Top Gun movie as well as the Navy’s original Top Gun programme.

The watch’s blue hands, coated with Super-LumiNova to enhance visibility in low-light conditions, are complemented with a precise chronograph movement built around the classic column-wheel design. Flip the IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar over, and the Top Gun logo can be found embossed on the rear of the stainless steel case, along with the watch’s limited edition number.
Additional features that elevate the appeal of the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar include the functional soft-iron inner case, designed to protect the interior movements from magnetic interference. It also features an IWC-manufactured movement with automatic winding, providing a power reserve of up to 42 hours.
Featuring over 200 components integrated with the brand’s precision engineering, the IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar is a stunning limited release from one of horology’s most reputable companies.
