Remember that awesome limited GMT version of the Slim d’Hermès last year? Well, Baselworld is quickly approaching, and Hermès has released another iteration of the award-winning Slim d’Hermès line, this time in titanium.
With a 39.5mm case that’s only 8.2mm thick, it sure fits the bill for a dress watch. Yet the material of the case, the brushed finish, and orange accents definitely make it a casual and nonconventional piece. After all, how many dress watches are in titanium?
The watch features an Hermès automatic caliber H1950 (modified Vaucher movement) with a micro-rotor that can be seen from the case back, 42-hour power reserve, 30 meters of water resistance, and an alligator leather strap with matching orange accents.
Elegant yet with a rugged appeal, the Slim d’Hermès Titane is for those who want something more than the traditional. If you want a true dress watch from Hermès, you can always get the regular silver, slate, or blue dial versions.
