CNCPTS and New Balance are no strangers to collaborations, with a long-standing partnership that has resulted in several inspirational sneaker designs, including the 998 Made In USA Sea Salt. The latest model to hit the market from these prestigious brands is the CNCPTS x New Balance 997 “Montage,” bringing them back full circle to their first collaboration.

For the new CNCPTS  x New Balance 997 “Montage,” the designers have opted to go against the grain, reinventing the underlying narrative for a bold new style. While the CNCPTS x New Balance 997 “Montage” still echoes its grungy roots and unpolished vibe, it presents a reworked silhouette complete with a distressed finish.

While black and grey dominate the CNCPTS x New Balance 997 “Montage” design, hints of yellow and pink bring a visual flourish that makes them pop. They’re as comfortable to wear as they are stylish to look at, thanks to the lightweight EVA foam cushioning and the rugged, blown-rubber outsole.

Further elevating the CNCPTS x New Balance 997 “Montage” is the pig suede and mesh combination, which adds nuanced texture to the sneakers. At the same time, the CNCPT logo on the heel keeps the raw energy of the collaboration front and center.
