Family‑owned distiller Heaven Hill has added a 22‑year‑old expression to its annual Heritage Collection of limited‑release bourbons.

The 2026 spring edition was distilled in 2003 from a mash of 78 percent corn, 10 percent rye and 12 percent malted barley and matured for more than two decades in 270 barrels before being bottled in December 2025.

Released at cask strength without chill filtration, the bourbon showcases deep amber hues and concentrated aromas of caramel, oak and baking spice. On the palate, drinkers can expect layers of brown sugar, dried fruit and leather, finishing with a lingering warmth that reflects its lengthy maturation. Heaven Hill’s master distiller Conor O’Driscoll said the release represents years of careful stewardship, calling it a tribute to the distillery’s barrel warehouses.

Bottled at 22 years old and priced at $319.99, the 2026 Heritage Collection bourbon will be available across the United States in limited quantities beginning in early March. For collectors who appreciate provenance and patience, this release underscores the value of slow aging in Kentucky’s climate.
