Girard-Perregaux has once again elevated its iconic Laureato collection, introducing two fresh and sophisticated hues, sage green and ultramarine blue, encased in stunning 18k pink gold. This update underscores the brand’s continued innovation within the luxury sports watch category—a space it has commanded since the Laureato’s debut in 1975. Initially powered by a quartz movement, the Laureato transitioned to mechanical movements by 1984, solidifying its legacy in high-end timepieces.

The new sage green and ultramarine blue variants are not just a nod to modern aesthetics but are designed to make a bold statement. These colors were carefully chosen to complement the pink gold cases, enhancing the visual appeal of each watch. The sage green variant, paired with rose gold, presents a subtle yet captivating look, while the ultramarine blue offers a striking contrast reminiscent of the deep tones of lapis lazuli.

These watches maintain the classic Laureato architecture—featuring a raised octagonal bezel on a circular plinth and a tonneau-shaped case that is brushed and polished to accentuate its angular, dynamic form. The 42mm time-and-date models boast the in-house caliber GP1800 movement, visible through the sapphire caseback, showcasing refined craftsmanship with a pink gold rotor and beautifully striped and beveled bridges.

The sage green and ultramarine blue versions can be ordered on a matching gold bracelet with H-shaped links and brushed and polished surfaces. The blue edition can also be fitted with a blue alligator strap with a folding buckle. With their robust design, these watches offer a water resistance of 50 meters and a power reserve of 54 hours, blending functionality with luxury.

Girard-Perregaux Laureato’s latest iterations are more than just timekeepers; they are masterpieces of craftsmanship and style designed for the discerning individual who appreciates the blend of traditional elegance and contemporary flair.
