Girard-Perregaux celebrates 50 years of the iconic Laureato with the Laureato Fifty, a limited edition of just 200 pieces that honors half a century of design excellence. First launched in 1975, the Laureato was a trailblazer in the luxury sports watch world, featuring an integrated bracelet, distinctive octagonal bezel, and chronometer-certified quartz movement. The new Laureato Fifty carries that legacy forward with refined craftsmanship, enhanced performance, and a fresh modern edge.

The 39mm bicolor case, crafted from stainless steel and 3N yellow gold, pays homage to the first dual-tone Laureato while pushing boundaries with sharper angles, polished facets, and seamless bracelet integration. The sunray grey dial features a Clous de Paris texture, gold accents, and a double-arrow counterweight—a signature GP emblem. A sapphire bezel and 150-meter water resistance make it both functional and elegant.

Under the hood, the newly developed GP4800 automatic movement powers the timepiece, featuring a silicon escapement, a 60-hour power reserve, and a sapphire exhibition caseback that reveals its intricate finishing. Ergonomic improvements, including a fine adjustment system and a tapered bracelet, ensure comfort and precision in every detail.
At $28,320, the Laureato Fifty is not just a tribute—it’s a statement of continuity and innovation, capturing the perfect blend of history, horology, and style that defines Girard-Perregaux.
