The 42.8 mm resin case, mineral glass and 200‑meter water resistance remain unchanged, ensuring the watch is as rugged as ever. Measuring 13.4 mm thick and 48.9 mm lug‑to‑lug, the lightweight digital timepiece includes all the usual features: shock resistance, daily alarms, 1/100‑second stopwatch, countdown timer and LED backlight.
Three colorways—black with green strap, gray with yellow accents and white with multicolored strap—offer options ranging from subdued to playful. Casio rates battery life at approximately five years, making the DW‑5600MNC a low‑maintenance companion.
