One of Huckberry’s best-selling brands, Flint and Tinder, has released its Fatigue Collection, which is a nod to items you would find in vintage shops and surplus stores. Each piece is a modern take on iconic designs and silhouettes. Flint and Tinder collaborated with Brian Davis, founder of Wooden Sleepers, to design the frog skin camo pattern and other color details in the collection’s shorts, pants, and jackets. Wooden Sleepers specializes in American classic and vintage-inspired menswear.
Davis says the pieces in the collection are building blocks to wear with almost anything, and these aren’t just trendy styles. The jacket and pants come in fatigue green or Frog Suit Camo Field Tan. Not only that, but the pieces in the collection are rugged enough to wear every day. The iconic colors and styles in the Flint and Tinder Fatigue Collection are fashion staples.
The fatigue jacket, available in Fatigue Green and Frog Suit Camo Field Tan, is 100% cotton and 1% spandex. It has a relaxed fit, mimicking vintage US combat fatigues in soft cotton but with a bit of stretch. Additionally, the jacket features two front chest pockets with hidden buttons, side hand pockets, and old-school Melamine buttons. The Flint and Tinder fatigue pants are everyday pants. They are inspired by retro military fatigues, taking their inspiration from the first-ever disruptive camo pattern, with a reverse print in contrasting colors, an interior drawstring, and Melamine buttons.
