Swedish outdoor outfitter and equipment company, Fjällräven, has been in business since 1960. Expanding over the last few decades, Fjällräven has built a reputation as an eco-friendly, practical, and dependable brand.
Fjällräven recently launched its Samlaren Collection of jackets, shorts, and short sleeve shirts. Drawing inspiration from their previous lines, the Samlaren line is a limited edition collection, featuring new color combinations. What makes the Samlaren line special is that it uses materials that are leftover from the Fjällräven mills and factories. Using the leftover material cuts down on wasted fabric that adds to landfills.
Samlaren Jackets are inspired by the Fjällräven Greenland jacket line and feature Fjällräven’s functional design with press buttons. The jackets are available with a typical or snug hood and a relaxed fit or drawcord hem. Samlaren jackets retail for $250-255 depending on the style and are available in neutral block colors like ochre, fog, and taupe.
Samlaren Shorts gain inspiration from the Fjällräven Barents shorts and boast seven total pockets, perfect for keeping your hands free while exploring trails. The shorts are designed for outdoor adventures and feature a comfortable regular fit with a mid-rise waist. The shorts retail for $120 and come in four attractive colors.
The Samlaren Short Sleeve Shirt takes its cues from Fjällräven’s Raven shirts and boasts a comfortable fit with press buttons. Each shirt has four front pockets. The shirts are available in four colors and retail for $100.
All Samlaren products are weather protected with Greenland wax making them water-resistant. If you’re looking for unique, high-quality, functional, and stylish outdoor attire, check out Fjällräven’s Samlaren line.
