What’s up, fellow gamers. The new year brings new games to get our nerd undies in a twist.
Here are the top 10 most anticipated games of the remaining three quarters of 2016. Before anyone starts to have a hissy fit about how their favorite game is not on this list, the list is only for games that have been officially announced. (i.e. COD 2016 will not be here. There, there. We know it hurts…)
Quantum Break
What's special? A time altering mechanic that lets you mess with time to take down enemies. Count us in.
Dark Souls 3
What's special? Huge scary bosses and torturous difficultly that only the most sadistic gamers can enjoy.
Uncharted 4 Thief's End
What's special? It's the fourth installment of the Uncharted franchise. Freaking Nathan Drake; if we have to say more, then you're not getting it anyway.
Doom 4
What's special? In one word; DOOM. In two words; Doom 4
Mighty No 9
What's special? This game is the spiritual successor to the Mega Man franchise, made by the creator of said franchise. Ah, the glory days.
Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens
What's special? You take the cool as *bleep universe of Legos, combine it with the ultra cool as *bleep Star Wars universe, and you got yourself one *bleeping game.
Deus Ex Mankind Divided
What's special? If you take a FPS and add some stealth and role playing elements, you get this game with a very stylish hair due.
Madden NFL 17
What's special? A series that puts you in control of professional NFL teams for heart stopping grind iron action. The new game adds a lot more of that with more bells and whistles. Well, not literally, but you know what we mean.
Mafia 3
What's special? The year is 1968 and you're a vet. This time, you're not just building a mob family but you're tearing one down. When it comes down to it, you know what we want. Say it with us: Whackings!
