Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky

This is a signature grain Japanese whisky that is predominantly made from corn. The whisky is distilled in a Coffey still and is matured in old casks such as re-filled, remade and re-charred casks originally made from American oak to deliver the sweet and mellow flavors of Coffey distillates.

Oban 2022 Special Release 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

From one of the oldest and smallest distilleries in Scotland, this whisky is matured first in refill and new American Oak, then in Amontillado-seasoned casks. On the nose, hints of salt crystal, edible seaweed, and ozone-fresh sea air infused with a faintly smoky scent.

$130

Westward Two Malts Whiskey Single Barrel Selection

This release marks Westward’s first-ever collaboration in which their team of distillers turned an iconic brewery’s recipe into one of their whiskeys. Using a clone of their Kingpin Red Ale, which boasts a relatively high rye content, the result is a complex and warm expression perfect for winter.

$95

Wild Turkey Master Keep Voyage Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Crafted by the renowned Wild Turkey distillery, Master’s Keep Voyage is a tribute to the journey of fine bourbon-making. Drawing inspiration from the rugged landscapes and untamed beauty of Kentucky, this meticulously crafted bourbon showcases the expertise and dedication that have been the hallmarks of Wild Turkey for generations.

$480

Barrell Vantage Bourbon

Vantage is a blend of straight bourbons finished in three distinct expressions of virgin oak: Mizunara, French, and toasted American oak casks. The result is a warm, elegant bourbon that highlights the many dimensions of oak; it is a masterfully blended, perfectly balanced representation of the harmonious synergy between bourbon and barrel.

$88

Craigellachie 13 Year Old Bas-Armagnac Cask Finish

This Craigellachie 13 is the first in the Craigellachie Cask Finish series and has been matured for a minimum of 13 years, first in American Oak casks and finished in Armagnac casks from the Bas region. The whisky bears notes of baked apples dusted with cinnamon and notes of caramel shortcake, offset by signature syrupy pineapples and fiery bonfire night aromas.

$84

Glenmorangie The Cadboll Estate 15 Year

This is the first single estate whisky created by Glenmorangie, made entirely onsite “from grain to glass.” A 15 year old expression, it was aged exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels — no funky wine cask work here. The palate is malty and full: shortbread with tumbling fresh blueberries, toasted almonds, and gingery spice.

$90

Caisteal Chamuis Island Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

In traditional Hebridean style, Caisteal Chamuis is a blended whisky that offers complex layers of smokiness. Though heavily peated, this whisky is mellowed by means of double-barrelled aging, making it inexplicably smooth. Distilled on Skye, Orkney, and Islay without coloring or chill-filtration, and finished in first-fill bourbon casks, the resulting liquor helps unlock the door to the world of peated whiskies.

$65

Still Austin Red Corn Bourbon Whiskey

Still Austin joined the scene in 2015 as one of the first grain-to-glass distilleries in Texas since Prohibition times. The mash bill of the Red Corn Bourbon is 36 percent Jimmy Red corn, 34 percent white corn, 25 percent rye, and five percent malted barley. The palate is quite sweet, but not saccharine, with notes of fresh orange, maple syrup, vanilla custard, and pecan pie.

$80

Old Forester 86 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky

Created in 1870, Old Forester is the only bourbon continuously distilled and marketed by the founding family before, during, and after Prohibition. At 86 proof, Old Forester delivers a genuine bourbon experience, with rich, full flavor and a smooth character that is ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, with a splash of water or in a classic cocktail.

$29

Keeper’s Heart Irish + Bourbon Cask Strength

Keeper’s Heart Irish + Bourbon Cask Strength is a worthy effort when it comes to marrying Irish whiskey and bourbon. The palate’s caramel cream candy, baking spices, Tootsie Roll candy, and cream soda flavor profile is hard to dislike if that collection of flavors sounds appealing to you. The finish is more transformative, as black pepper is put front and center.
