British microbrand Christopher Ward and the storied airline Pan Am have partnered to create the C60 Clipper GMT, a watch that blends 1960s airline nostalgia with modern dive‑watch capability.

The 42mm stainless steel case uses Ward’s light‑catcher profile and houses the robust Sellita SW330‑2 movement, offering a 56‑hour power reserve and independently adjustable GMT hand. Water resistance is rated to 300m, and the bezel features printed IATA airport codes instead of the usual 24‑hour numerals — a nod to Pan Am’s global routes.

The C60 Clipper GMT’s eggshell dial carries a subtle Pan Am logo, while the date wheel highlights the 26th in Pan Am blue, referencing Flight 26. Owners receive the watch on Christopher Ward’s upgraded Bader bracelet plus a woven NATO strap that evokes vintage seat belts. Only 707 pieces will be made, and each is individually numbered.

While this model isn’t a reissue of a historic Pan Am chronometer, it taps into the mid‑century glamour of jet travel. The watch ships with a signed certificate and presentation box featuring Pan Am’s winged globe.

Priced at $1,995, pre‑orders are open now with deliveries expected at the end of February.
