Urban mobility just got a serious upgrade. Cannondale has unveiled the FlyingV, a striking carbon-fiber e-bike designed to bring race-bike performance and futuristic engineering to everyday commuting. At just $6,749, this sleek machine blends cutting-edge tech, featherweight construction, and distinctly bold design—resulting in one of the lightest and most capable urban e-bikes on the road.

The FlyingV’s silhouette borrows from Cannondale’s racing legacy, with a sculpted V-frame engineered from full carbon—frame, fork, and even the first-ever forged carbon fenders. Paired with a Gates CDX carbon belt drive and Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal hub, it promises buttery-smooth shifting, whisper-quiet operation, and ultra-low maintenance. Under the hood, Bosch’s Performance Line Sprint motor and integrated 400Wh battery put out up to 600 watts and 60Nm of torque, assisting riders to 28 mph with shocking ease.

Smart touches round out the package: a dropped top tube for easy mounting and carrying, smartphone-powered navigation and ride metrics via Cannondale’s AppTag system, and a lightweight build crafted in Europe by riders, for riders. Whether you’re weaving through gridlock, climbing steep city streets, or just enjoying a high-speed lunch-break loop, the FlyingV makes the daily ride feel like flight.
This isn’t just an e-bike—it’s a vision of what city commuting should be: fast, effortless, and undeniably cool.
