It was only a matter of time before Buscemi was tapped to design his own line of skateboard-inspired footwear.
Partnering with the high-performance automotive aftermarket tuning company Brabus, Buscemi has taken a massive leap beyond the realm of sneaker design with the release of the G 850 Buscemi Edition. Brabus and Buscemi outfitted this jet-black Mercedes-AMG G63 SUV widebody conversion with gold trim both inside and out. The vehicle’s interior features black upholster to match its exterior, but trades gold accents for eye-catching stitching and piping in bright red.
On the mechanical side of the equation, the Brabus G 850 Buscemi Edition features a full 850 powertrain with a twin-turbo V8 bored out to 6.0 liters. This exceptional engine is capable of delivering 838 horsepower and 1,069 foot-pounds of torque.
As if all this wasn’t enough, Brabus sweetened the deal when it officially unveiled the Buscemi G at November’s Dubai Motor Show. With the purchase of this incredible made-to-order SUV, customers also receive two pairs of exclusive Buscemi sneakers and a distinctive three-piece luggage set.
